Who We Are
Chicago Gas Fireplace Company is the newest venture from Chicago Gas Lines — the Arlington Heights crew that specializes in everything in a home that runs on natural gas, and that also operates Chicago Grill Company. Fireplaces became their own company for a simple reason: homeowners and contractors kept needing one crew that could handle the sale, the delivery, the installation, and the gas hook-up without passing the job around. That includes running the gas line itself, which a lot of fireplace companies don't do.
The service side is just as deliberate. This is a full-service gas fireplace repair company with technicians averaging 20 years of experience — and an owner who still writes every job down in a book and keeps his word about all of them. You book in 30 seconds, a member of our team calls you with the date, and the people who walk into your home are ours.
The catalog is short on purpose. Four families of gas fire — logs, inserts, direct-vent, and vent-free — each one a product we know completely and install to a standard we're willing to have our name on. Curation is the luxury: fewer options, better fits, no regret.
